In the kitchen healthy and nutritious diet are made, where we strive to create a so fat diet as possible. We use mostly fresh ingredients.

Breakfast consists of various breakfast items, yogurt, milk, homemade bread, marmalade, cheese and fruit.

Dinner is the hot meal of the day, which is varied according to season.
A typical week is with Danish food, a vegetarian and a day with fish. There is a daily fruit, salad and other vegetables for meals and homemade bread. Sometimes students like to cook, and it's exciting with food from China, Nepal, Hungary ect.

Evening meal consists of homemade bread with cold cuts and and a warm dish.

Several times a week is cake for evening coffee / tea.

On weekends " mokost" is served whith opportunity to make a lunch box and in the evening there is a warm meal.


We sometimes have a theme day, where the foreign students helps to cook from their country and culture so as Nepali days, Chinese day etc.


We show consideration for vegetarians and religion.


Kitchen job

Students will, over the school curriculum be divided into groups where they share the task around cleaning and washing in the kitchen. Similarly, they also participate in cooking with the kitchen staff.
